Takatoshi “Taka” Osada is the Smokeworx house artist, creating bold work that moves naturally into shirts, merch, printed panels, and one-off pieces.
His visual language crosses Japanese-inspired character art, rolling waves, surf culture, tropical patterns, florals, and graphic color. The style changes, but the point of view stays recognizable.
At Smokeworx, the goal is not to flatten that work into a logo. It is to find the right physical form for each piece and keep what made the art worth printing in the first place.

The Kabuki piece is already being worked into physical shop projects. This is where the collaboration gets interesting: figuring out whether a piece wants to become a shirt, a printed panel, a hard good, or something we have not made before.
